Pick a starter, wander out and start catching. JourneyGaming is a Pokemon community with two worlds: a Cobblemon server that opened in April 2026, and a Pixelmon server where you can ride flying Pokemon, revive fossils and chase Mega and Dynamax bands.
The network says it has been running for over ten years, with roots in Pixelmon and vanilla modes. The chat is English, and the rules keep it PG: be kind, no griefing, no scamming and no begging for Pokemon. Cobblemon needs only the latest Fabric version of the mod, with no custom modpack.
The Pixelmon server has its own rules, FAQ and store section.
A Cobblemon server opened on 10 April 2026.
Both worlds run Pokemon mods on top of Minecraft.
On Pixelmon you catch Pokemon in or out of battle, store them in a PC and heal them at a healer. You can clean fossils and bring them back to life with a Fossil Machine.
Beat a mega boss to unlock Mega and Dynamax bands and the Z-Ring, or buy the bands with tokens in the token shop. After defeating 375 Pokemon you can use an orb and a stone at a shrine to call a legendary bird.
Be respectful, keep main chat in English and PG, and do not grief, scam, spam, advertise or beg. Hacked clients are not allowed.
Free to play. The store sells Pixelmon items.
Mega bosses on Pixelmon guard the Mega band, Dynamax band and Z-Ring.
The /tokenshop sells the Mega band for 150 tokens and the Dynamax band for 200 tokens.
You can mount flying Pokemon such as Charizard and take off with the space bar.
On Pixelmon you unlock the Mega band by beating a mega boss, or buy it for 150 tokens in the token shop.
The Z-Ring unlocks after you defeat a mega boss on the Pixelmon server.
After defeating 375 Pokemon you use an orb and a stone at a shrine to summon a legendary bird.
