SkyBlock and Prison are the longer-form modes in the lineup. The competitive games are more about improving runs, movement, combat and map knowledge than building a permanent character.

Original modes such as Farm King and Herobrine's Chamber give the network more variety than a basic collection of standard Minecraft minigames.

The server uses separate mode worlds and hand-built maps instead of one shared survival landscape. Community map submissions have contributed to modes such as Herobrine's Chamber, Parkour and One In The Chamber.

PvP is concentrated in KitPvP and One In The Chamber. These modes favor direct fights, fast reactions and learning the maps rather than open-world base warfare.

Content arrives through occasional map and mode updates. In February 2024, the network added three One In The Chamber maps and three Parkour maps.

ItsJerryAndHarry has a long-running forum community alongside its Minecraft network and Discord community. The forum includes game-specific discussion, help, reports, appeals, map submissions and staff applications.

Players can report problems in-game with /report or through the abuse-reporting section. Reports are private between the player who submits them and staff, and the network maintains rules covering conduct and chat behavior.

The official store sells donator ranks and other server perks. It accepts PayPal, cards and gift cards. Purchased ranks cannot be transferred to another account, and refunds are not provided.
