Catch, train and breed Pixelmon while building a base in a persistent survival world. I-Pixelmon combines ordinary Minecraft exploration and resource gathering with gym progression, player battles, raids, trading systems and custom regions built around its Pokémon-inspired world.
What Makes It Different
I-Pixelmon gives its gym path a player-driven structure. Players can work toward eight themed gym areas, then pursue roles connected with real gym leaders, Elite Four members and a server champion instead of treating every battle as a simple NPC encounter. Pixelmon Showdown, raids and trainer towers add separate competitive and PvE challenges around that progression.
Pixelmon brings Pokémon into Minecraft, letting players find, catch, train, evolve, and battle them across a block-based world.

Pixelmon Reforged changes the normal survival loop into a Pokémon-style adventure. Land claiming protects player builds, while keep-inventory rules reduce the cost of ordinary survival deaths.
Progression moves through custom regions, towns and routes leading toward eight gym areas. Battle Tower and trainer-tower challenges, boss raids, boss rooms and EV training give developed teams additional targets, while breeding, skills and improved equipment support longer-term team building.
Custom crafts, updated claiming and breeding systems, Pixelmon skills, EV training areas, custom tutor and black-market NPCs, Pixelmon customization tools and collectible Pixelmon plushies extend the base Pixelmon Reforged experience.
The world uses custom regions and towns rather than presenting Pixelmon as an unmodified survival map. The gym areas have their own themed towns, and connected routes are designed to make travel between major areas easier while leaving room for ordinary mining, building and exploration.
Player-run gyms, Elite Four positions, a server champion path and Pixelmon Showdown provide structured trainer battles. The server also advertises a Showdown League, giving competitive players a more formal route beyond ordinary survival encounters.
The economy connects the survival world to Pokémon trading. GTS and WonderTrade support player-to-player team building, while player shops provide places to exchange Pokémon and items. Server currency also appears in purchasable ranks and in-game kits.
Community and seasonal events are promoted through the network's Discord and forum channels. The network has also advertised Easter events and community-run gyms, shops and other activities.

History of I-Pixelmon
The wider i-Network community dates to December 2012, with Pixelmon hosting associated with the network from 2014. The current I-Pixelmon site and forum presence were established publicly in 2023, alongside installation guidance for Pixelmon Reforged and a dedicated server address.
In May 2024, I-Pixelmon launched its 1.20 server update with custom crafts, custom regions and towns, eight gym areas, new routes, Generation 9 Pixelmon content, updated land claiming and updated breeding mechanics. That update shaped the server's current survival and gym-focused structure.
