About GoldenSMP
GoldenSMP is a cross-play SMP built around always-on PvP. Gather resources, build a base, gear up, and decide which players get your trust because alliances can turn into betrayals and any encounter can become a fight. Proximity death messages and voice chat keep the social side close to the combat.
Hunger Games and other events add shorter bursts of action outside the main survival routine, while voting gives players another way to support the server. The current Season 2 setup is aimed less at quiet building and more at a world where your gear, base, and alliances always carry risk.

Voice chat and proximity death messages are the clearest custom systems. They make nearby encounters and kills part of the server's social texture instead of silent combat.
