Cubixs starts you in a world with walls. The map has a border, and everyone moves it together: you pour resources into a shared fund with /expand, mob kills count on their own, and when the goal is met the border opens to fresh land with fireworks and rewards.
Under that sits close-to-vanilla survival on the newest Java release. Fishing is a full system with five rarities, biome fish and treasure chests. Clans grow from level 1 to 20 and can raise their own buildings. The server is Java only and talks in Russian.
