About CharlieRoleplay
CharlieRoleplay turns Minecraft into a serious Italian roleplay city set in Fort Carson, San Andreas. You create a character, choose a career or criminal path, and build a life around other players rather than ordinary survival goals.
The city has legal jobs, organized police, doctors, mechanics, businesses, gangs and planned robberies. Proximity voice chat makes conversations local, so negotiations, arrests and ambushes depend on where people are standing. Criminal actions can lead to police work, court cases and lasting consequences for the characters involved.
What Makes It Different
Its strongest difference is the combination of proximity voice chat and a full city roleplay structure. Players do not just fight or trade; they negotiate, work, arrest, investigate, go to court and build relationships through their characters.
Proximity voice chat lets Minecraft players speak through audio that becomes quieter or inaudible as their in-game characters move apart.
Nearby voice communication is a central mechanic for interaction and immersion.
Roleplay is Minecraft gameplay where players act as characters in a shared fictional world and make choices from those characters’ perspectives.
The entire server is built around character-based Serious RP in Fort Carson.
Vehicles servers make controllable machines a central way for players to move through and interact with the Minecraft world.
Custom vehicles are a major part of travel, roleplay and store content.
Minecraft economy gameplay makes in-game money a central way to obtain resources, upgrades, or access.
Jobs, businesses, investments, property and criminal money laundering shape progression.
Jobs is a progression system that rewards players for repeatedly performing defined Minecraft activities, such as mining, farming, fishing, building, or hunting mobs.
The server offers more than twenty legal and criminal career paths.
Start by creating a character in Fort Carson. You can work as a citizen, police officer, medic, mechanic, entrepreneur or criminal. The automatic resource pack supplies the custom vehicles, interfaces and models used by the server.
Roleplay happens mainly through nearby voice chat. You hear players around you, while distant conversations fade away. This makes meetings, searches, negotiations and robberies depend on location and timing.
Progression comes through your character's career, money, property, vehicles and relationships. Legal players can work their way through structured jobs and police ranks. Criminal players can join or create gangs, control territory and build a reputation through increasingly risky operations.
The server also supports longer character arcs. Debts, friendships, complaints and legal trouble can continue shaping what happens in later sessions.
Custom vehicles and weapons are central to the server's presentation. Custom interfaces and models are delivered through an automatic resource pack, so players do not need to install a separate mod pack by hand. The economy, jobs, gangs, robberies, vehicles and justice systems are designed specifically for this roleplay format.
The main setting is Fort Carson in the fictional state of San Andreas. It is a city-focused world built for encounters between citizens, businesses, police departments and gangs. Territorial control gives criminal groups strategic places to contest and defend.
PvP is tied to roleplay instead of being an unrestricted deathmatch. Robberies, police actions, gang conflicts and weapons all operate inside Serious RP rules. Random shooting can violate the rules, and a failed confrontation may lead to arrest, investigation or court rather than simply a respawn.
The economy covers jobs, businesses, vehicles, properties and investments. Criminal activity adds another layer: stolen money can be laundered in hidden parts of the city and turned into materials for illegal sales. Money therefore supports both ordinary careers and underground progression.
The server runs ongoing updates and community events around its city systems. Community activity also includes announcements and giveaways through the wider CharlieRoleplay hub.
CharlieRoleplay is built for an Italian-speaking community. The staff, support, rules and roleplay environment are Italian, and the Discord acts as the main social and support hub. The community is open to new players, including people who have never tried Minecraft roleplay before.
The server uses Serious RP rules, including a clear separation between in-character and out-of-character knowledge. Engagements, robberies, police conduct, arrests and the use of force have defined limits. Random shooting and actions that ruin a scene can bring staff intervention and in-game consequences.
Joining and playing is free, with no whitelist or application required. The optional store offers ranks, status items and themed products connected to vehicles, houses, criminal roles, weapons, keys, police and medical or fire-service content. Store purchases are not required to enter the server.

History of CharlieRoleplay
CharlieRoleplay began in 2024 from the project of Rickylacio, who is credited as its founder and developer. From the beginning, the server followed the style of Italian FiveM roleplay rather than the usual survival-server format.
The project developed around Fort Carson, a custom city where players could live as workers, business owners, police officers, criminals and other public figures. Custom vehicles, weapons, interfaces and role systems became part of the experience instead of simple vanilla gameplay.
As the server expanded, its roleplay structure grew beyond jobs and crime. Organized police procedures, gang territories, robbery phases and a player-run justice system gave actions more follow-through after an incident ended.
The legal and criminal sides were built to support each other. A player could pursue a quiet career as a doctor, mechanic or entrepreneur, while another could build a gang, target businesses and launder stolen money. Arrests, lawyers and magistrates added another layer to conflicts that might otherwise end with a simple PvP fight.
Today, CharlieRoleplay remains a Java-only Italian serious-RP network focused on Fort Carson, proximity voice chat, custom content, careers, gangs, robberies, businesses and law-driven player stories.
