EnglishAbout AureusMC
AureusMC centers Minecraft around catching, training and battling Pokémon in a persistent multiplayer world. Its current network combines Cobblemon and Pixelmon content with gym challenges, quests, safari areas, biome-based travel, custom claims and player trading, giving players both collection goals and a shared world to develop.
What Makes It Different
AureusMC combines two Pokémon mod ecosystems under one network rather than presenting a single narrow server mode. Alongside catching and training, players can pursue gym battles, quests, safari content, biome travel, custom claims, PokeBuilder and a global trading system.
Cobblemon is a modded Minecraft experience where players find, catch, train, and battle Pokémon-like creatures while exploring the world.
Cobblemon is a central current experience with a dedicated Java modpack and Pokémon-focused catching, training, and battling.
Pixelmon brings Pokémon into Minecraft, letting players find, catch, train, evolve, and battle them across a block-based world.
The network currently presents Pixelmon content alongside Cobblemon as a major Pokémon-focused server experience.
Modded Minecraft servers use game mods to add or change mechanics, content, or progression beyond the unmodified game.
AureusMC uses Cobblemon and Pixelmon content plus a dedicated modpack to substantially change Minecraft’s creatures, progression, and gameplay.
Players explore the world to find Pokémon, build teams and improve them for trainer activities. Current server features include safari areas, biome-based RTP, quests, gyms, access to legendary Pokémon, custom claims, PokeBuilder, GTS trading, player warps and cosmetics.
Progress is driven by building a stronger Pokémon collection and team, completing quests, challenging gyms and finding rarer creatures. PokeBuilder and access to legendary Pokémon add longer-term collection and team-building goals beyond ordinary Minecraft gear.
Custom server systems include claims, PokeBuilder, player warps, cosmetics and Pokémon-focused progression layered onto Cobblemon or Pixelmon. The current Cobblemon modpack is built for Java Edition and provides direct access to the server.
Exploration is organized around different biomes and safari-style areas rather than a purely vanilla survival route. BiomeRTP helps players reach varied locations, while claims let them protect personal building and storage areas.
Pokémon battles and gym challenges provide the main competitive side of the server. The available material supports trainer competition, but does not establish a separate unrestricted survival-PvP ruleset.
The server includes player trading through GTS and supports an economy-oriented progression layer. Player warps help connect trading and community locations, while the official store provides optional paid server packages.
The network promotes community events and updates through its Discord and website, but no specific current event schedule is available.
Discord is the main community hub for updates, support and discussion. The staff structure includes leadership, administration, moderation, development, building and art teams.
The rules prohibit harassment, discrimination, targeted inappropriate conduct, advertising, scamming, impersonation, cheating, exploits, X-ray, autoclickers and other unfair modifications. Players may not grief around claims, trap or teleport-kill others, create lag-heavy redstone, run automatic farms or build systems designed to evade AFK removal. English is required in main chat, while other languages are allowed in private messages.
AureusMC operates an official store for paid server packages. Store purchases are subject to a strict no-refund policy, and chargebacks can result in permanent bans from the server and store.
A global trading system lets players list Pokémon or items and search offers made by other players.
AureusMC offers GTS trading as a global player commerce system connecting Pokémon-focused collection with its server economy.
Legendary Pokémon are exceptionally rare or powerful creatures that players seek through special encounters, exploration, events, or progression.
AureusMC provides access to legendary Pokémon, adding rare collection targets and stronger long-term team-building objectives.
Gym challenges test a trained Pokémon team against themed leaders before players can advance through a regional adventure.
AureusMC features gyms as trainer activities, giving players battle-focused milestones alongside team building and Pokémon training.
A progression path focused on developing a Pokémon trainer through accomplishments, activities, or increasing access to challenges.
AureusMC’s progression combines team improvement, quests, gym challenges, and rare Pokémon collection into longer-term trainer goals.
Safari areas are dedicated exploration zones where players search for collectible creatures under specialized environmental or encounter conditions.
AureusMC includes safari areas where players can explore for Pokémon and pursue collection goals beyond ordinary biome travel.
Randomized or targeted teleportation that sends players to different world locations, often to access varied terrain or biomes.
BiomeRTP helps AureusMC players reach varied biome locations for exploration and Pokémon hunting without following only a fixed travel route.
Player Warps let players create publicly accessible destinations for shops, bases, services, or community locations across the server world.
Player warps connect AureusMC’s community locations and help players reach trading, building, and other player-established destinations.
Visual customization items that change a player’s appearance, presentation, or lobby effects without primarily changing combat power.
AureusMC includes cosmetics as optional custom content alongside its Pokémon progression and multiplayer world systems.

History of AureusMC
AureusMC began as Realm of Aureus on January 15, 2022, with extended-vanilla survival, custom achievements, equipment and progression layered onto Minecraft. The early network used several connected servers behind a proxy and emphasized player choice, community suggestions and a non-pay-to-win approach.
The server later shifted its public identity toward Pokémon-focused play. Its current network is presented around Cobblemon and Pixelmon, supported by a dedicated Cobblemon modpack and features such as gyms, quests, safari areas, trading and trainer progression.
