Arcturus Network is built for players who want more than a short playthrough. Its longest-running world is GT: New Horizons, the giant GregTech pack where you grind through tech tiers, mix in magic and work your way to the Moon before nuclear reactors unlock. Beside it run TerraFirmaGreg-Modern, FTB StoneBlock 4, FTB OceanBlock 2 and FTB Evolution 2, each with its own address.
The community speaks Czech and English. The rules keep shared worlds friendly: no griefing or stealing, no x-ray, and limits on chunk loaders, spawners and crops per chunk so big factories do not lag everyone. Install the matching modpack first, and the join page links each one.
What Makes It Different
Its GT: New Horizons world has been kept running for years and updated through several modpack versions, with lag rules written around big GregTech factories.

Every server runs a full modpack, led by GT: New Horizons.
Each pack is played as a long shared survival world.
Each server runs a full modpack, from GregTech tech climbing to stone-dungeon and ocean starts. On GT: New Horizons most vanilla ores are disabled, so you mine GregTech veins instead, and the wiki explains how.
On GT: New Horizons progress follows the pack's tech tiers, and nuclear reactors only become useful after you reach the Moon.
Holiday events run on GT: New Horizons, such as a Christmas warp where you write Santa a book with your wishes.
A bilingual Czech and English community with its own forum, wiki, ticket system and news page.
Griefing, theft and moving other players' builds or animals are bannable. Cheats, x-ray texture packs and alt accounts for an advantage are banned. Chunks have limits on tile entities, spawners and crops, and you are asked to keep old setups recycled.
GT: New Horizons walks you through GregTech tiers, with nuclear reactors only worth building after you reach the Moon.
Five modpack servers run side by side, from GT: New Horizons to FTB Evolution 2, each with its own address.
Stealing, breaking or moving anything another player built is a ban, and abandoned builds must be reported, not taken.
Holiday events pop up on GT: New Horizons, like a Christmas warp where you write Santa a wish book.
Railcraft anchors keep your GT: New Horizons factory running, within limits listed on the wiki.

History of Arcturus Network
Arcturus grew up around GT: New Horizons. In 2023 the server moved to pack version 2.4.0 and turned its whitelist off so players could bring friends.
In 2024 the team upgraded to a Ryzen 9 7950X machine to cut lag, got ready for the server's fourth anniversary and kept updating through GT: New Horizons 2.5 and 2.6. Versions 2.7.1 and 2.7.3 followed in 2025.
Late 2025 brought new block limits for big factories, a full website redesign with light and dark modes, a Token Shop and a Christmas event. In early 2026 the network opened a Hytale server alongside its Minecraft packs.
