About 1MoreBlock
1MoreBlock centers on long-term Minecraft survival, where players gather resources, build lasting bases and develop skills across a shared multi-world server. Alongside its main survival experience, it includes Creative and several separate island modes such as OneBlock, SkyBlock, AcidIsland, CaveBlock and SkyGrid, with jobs, player shops, events and quality-of-life systems connecting the wider server.
What Makes It Different
1MoreBlock combines long-term survival continuity with a broad menu of separate island worlds. Players can keep developing a lasting main-world base while also switching to phase-based OneBlock, classic SkyBlock, dangerous AcidIsland, enclosed CaveBlock or SkyGrid without leaving the same community.
OneBlock is a Minecraft mode built around repeatedly mining one regenerating block to gather resources and advance through phases.
The server provides a OneBlock mode with a regenerating central block and phase-based progression.
Jobs is a progression system that rewards players for repeatedly performing defined Minecraft activities, such as mining, farming, fishing, building, or hunting mobs.
Players use defined jobs to earn money and experience through repeated Minecraft activities.
mcMMO is a Minecraft server skill system that grants experience for activities such as mining, chopping trees, fishing, and fighting.
Persistent mcMMO skills, abilities, levels, and leaderboards provide a major progression layer.
Survival servers let players gather resources, craft gear, build shelter, and develop a base while staying alive in a dangerous world.
Long-term survival gathering, crafting, farming, exploration, and base building are the server’s central experience.
An SMP is a multiplayer Minecraft survival world where players gather resources, build, and progress alongside one another.
Players develop bases and projects together across shared persistent survival worlds.
A persistent world is a Minecraft server world that keeps its player-made changes and ongoing progress across repeated visits.
The main survival and building worlds are intended to retain player-made changes rather than routinely reset.
Skyblock is a Minecraft mode where players develop a floating island while gathering and multiplying scarce resources above the void.
SkyBlock is a substantial island mode with scarce resources, challenges, teams, and island levels.
Minecraft economy gameplay makes in-game money a central way to obtain resources, upgrades, or access.
Jobs, server shops, player shops, and marketplaces make in-game money central to progression and trade.
The main survival worlds support ordinary gathering, crafting, exploration, building and farming, with additional worlds for resources and specialized island play. Players can also use Creative plots and a range of smaller systems for visits, cosmetics, activities and server-wide goals.
Survival progression is reinforced by Jobs, mcMMO skills, achievements, rankings and server challenges. Island modes add their own progression through regenerating blocks, island levels, challenges, generators, limits and team development. OneBlock advances through phases as its central block is mined, while SkyBlock and the other BentoBox modes build progression around protected islands and scarce resources.
Custom systems add server-specific progression and utility around the Minecraft foundation. Examples include AFKShrine rewards, SellStreaks, mcMMO More skills, player visit warps, MapHide privacy controls, lootboxes, nickname tools, guidance commands and custom event-hunt systems.
The server uses multiple worlds for long-term survival, resource travel, Creative building and specialized island modes. Main survival areas are treated as persistent places rather than routine seasonal resets. BlueMap provides a browser-based 3D view of selected worlds, builds and markers.
PvP exists as part of the survival experience rather than as the server’s main focus. A player-facing PvP toggle lets players manage their PvP state, while cheating and griefing are prohibited.
Players can earn in-game money through Jobs and other activities, then spend it in server shops or trade through player-run shops and marketplaces. Island worlds also connect to shared economy and progression systems.
Events include seasonal hunts, Halloween activities, community pinata events, drop parties, summer activities and holiday features such as upgradeable Christmas trees. Some events are available only during their seasonal windows.
The server has a 13+ family-friendly tone, with DiscordSRV connecting in-game and Discord chat. Social features include player visits, gathering activities, community rankings and shared events, while English is expected in the main chat.
Players are expected to be respectful and family-friendly. Cheating, griefing, harassment and disruptive behavior are not welcome. The recommended connection path uses official Minecraft clients and launchers, and English is expected in the main chat.
The server promotes voting and community support, while its main player economy remains in-game through Jobs, server shops and player trading.
OneBlock phases change the resources, drops, and progression available as players repeatedly mine the central regenerating block.
1MoreBlock’s central-block mode advances through phases as players continue mining its regenerating block.
Island teams allow multiple players to share responsibility for developing, managing, and progressing a cooperative floating island.
The server’s island modes support teams that cooperate on private islands, challenges, island levels, and shared development.
BlueMap is an interactive browser-based Minecraft map that presents explored worlds and player-made locations outside the game client.
The server’s BlueMap displays selected 1MoreBlock worlds, player builds, and markers in a browser-based 3D view.
