About ZythMC
ZythMC is a small multi-mode network with Survival, OneBlock, and BedWars at its center. It also supports EaglercraftX, so players can connect through a browser-compatible client as well as normal Java Minecraft.
Survival adds more structure than plain vanilla. Players sell items at the marketplace, trade directly, use the auction house, and fight in Warp PvP. Hourly envoy drops add a reason to keep returning to the PvP area, while vote crates provide another source of rewards.
OneBlock follows a clear phase system. You begin with one block, mine through each phase, and expand your island as new materials become available. BedWars provides the shorter competitive mode, while the network's older Factions systems add team warfare and a more raid-focused style.
What Makes It Different
ZythMC combines classic network modes with browser-friendly Eaglercraft access. Its Survival mode also turns the PvP zone into an event space, with hourly envoy drops drawing players toward contested loot.
OneBlock is a Minecraft mode built around repeatedly mining one regenerating block to gather resources and advance through phases.
OneBlock has a dedicated phase-based island mode.
BedWars is a Minecraft PvP match where players defend a bed that prevents permanent elimination while they work to destroy their opponents’ beds.
BedWars is a core advertised network mode.
Factions is a Minecraft multiplayer mode where players join organized groups, build shared bases, and compete with rival groups for territory, resources, and strategic advantage.
Factions was a major early mode with teams, bases, combat, and economy systems.
Survival servers let players gather resources, craft gear, build shelter, and develop a base while staying alive in a dangerous world.
Survival is one of the network's main advertised modes.
Minecraft economy gameplay makes in-game money a central way to obtain resources, upgrades, or access.
Marketplace shops, player trading, auction house sales, and money-based progression are central systems.
Survival revolves around the marketplace, player trades, the auction house, and Warp PvP. OneBlock is more focused: mine the central block, expand the island, and reach later phases. BedWars supplies the quick team-based fights.
OneBlock progression is tied to phases. Breaking a set number of blocks advances the island and changes the materials produced by the central block. Survival progression comes from selling resources, winning or collecting event loot, and buying stronger supplies through the server economy.
OneBlock uses phase-based block tables and island growth. Survival adds envoy loot and vote crates. The Factions mode also introduced upgradeable Harvest Hoes, farming fragments, player vaults, combat tagging, and spawner recovery through modified Silk Touch.
OneBlock uses island-based progression rather than a normal open survival start. Survival includes a marketplace hub and random wilderness travel through /wild. Factions used team bases, faction power, player vaults, and a protected spawn area.
Survival's Warp PvP sends players into a dedicated combat area with their survival gear. Hourly envoy events place valuable loot there, creating a reason to fight over the zone. The older Factions setup used combat tags that stopped players from safely logging out during fights.
Players can sell items through marketplace shops, buy supplies, trade directly with other players, and use the auction house. Shops have included blocks, redstone items, mob spawners, and other progression materials. Envoys and vote crates provide additional rewards.
Survival has hourly envoy events in Warp PvP. Envoy drops can contain rare loot, keys, and money. Voting also provides a daily vote key through the crate system.
ZythMC maintains both a Discord community and a forum. Players can use support tickets, suggestions, player reports, punishment appeals, and staff applications through the network's community tools.
Chat must remain civil, respectful, and free of spam, scams, harassment, politics, and inappropriate content. Doxxing, DDoS attacks, chargebacks, punishment evasion, and unfair gameplay modifications are prohibited. FPS, visual, cosmetic, and aesthetic mods are allowed when they do not provide an unfair advantage.
The official store sells ranks, tags, and other network packages. Store benefits apply across the network. Purchases are non-refundable, and chargebacks result in a permanent ban.
History of ZythMC
ZythMC's first clearly dated development period was early 2024. Factions 1.0 launched in February as a team-based survival mode where groups competed for territory, wealth, and server dominance.
Factions was built around a shop, player trading, an auction house, combat tagging, player vaults, and modified Silk Touch that could recover mob spawners. Upgradeable Harvest Hoes gave farming its own money-making path, with upgrades using cash and farming fragments.
OneBlock followed in April 2024. The mode began players on a single block and used phases to control which blocks could appear. Breaking enough blocks advanced the phase, opened space for island growth, and fed into the marketplace economy.
Factions received a substantial 1.1.2 update by June 2024. The network adjusted combat rules, improved random teleporting, changed shop and enchantment prices, added crate access, tuned faction power, and moved the mode to a more stable Spigot setup.
Survival entered beta in December 2024. Its design shifted toward open survival with a marketplace, player trading, an auction house, Warp PvP, vote crates, and hourly envoy events that placed rare loot and money inside the combat area.
Today, ZythMC presents Survival, OneBlock, and BedWars as its main public modes. The network keeps the economy and PvP ideas developed during its Factions era, while EaglercraftX support gives players another way to reach the server.
