About W SMP
W SMP mixes a survival SMP with fast competitive modes. The server's main hook is Strength Scaling, which makes player combat affect your power instead of ending when a fight is over.
Kills add Strength, deaths remove it, and the cap keeps the advantage from growing forever. Alongside survival gameplay, the network offers Lifesteal, Practice, and Duels for players who want more direct PvP.
What Makes It Different
Kills and deaths directly change your Strength level. Winning fights makes you stronger, but one bad death can take that advantage away.
Lifesteal is a Minecraft PvP survival mode where player kills and deaths change a player’s maximum health.
Lifesteal is explicitly advertised as one of the network's current combat modes.
An SMP is a multiplayer Minecraft survival world where players gather resources, build, and progress alongside one another.
The server centers on multiplayer survival gameplay with persistent player progression and combat interactions.
PvP is Minecraft gameplay centered on direct combat between players.
Player combat is central, and victories or defeats directly alter each player's Strength progression.
Survival servers let players gather resources, craft gear, build shelter, and develop a base while staying alive in a dangerous world.
Players use a survival world as the main long-term setting alongside competitive combat modes.
Play the survival world for longer-term gear and resources, then use Practice or Duels for focused fights. Lifesteal adds another combat-driven layer to the network.
Your combat progress is not only about equipment. Each player kill adds one Strength, while each death removes one, up to a maximum of six Strength.
Strength Scaling is the server's main custom mechanic. Player kills grant +1 Strength, deaths cause -1 Strength, and Strength cannot exceed 6.
PvP is central to the server. Fights can improve your Strength, and losing can reduce it, so combat has a lasting effect on your next encounter.
The network is built for players who enjoy survival alongside direct PvP activities such as Practice and Duels.
A combat progression mechanic where player strength changes according to outcomes of encounters with other players.
W SMP grants one Strength for every player kill, removes one after death, and limits the total Strength bonus to six.
A combat penalty where dying to player conflict removes accumulated strength or reduces a player's combat progression.
Dying on W SMP removes one Strength, so a single defeat can reduce the advantage built through earlier kills.
A progression system that rewards player kills by increasing the killer's combat power or related strength value.
Each player kill on W SMP adds one Strength, giving successful fighters a lasting advantage in subsequent encounters.

History of W SMP
W SMP was running by March 31, 2026, with a Java network built around survival, PvP, and arena-style play. Its early public setup already aimed beyond plain survival by pairing the SMP with competitive modes.
The server then pushed its combat focus further with the Strength Season. Strength Scaling tied player power to kills and deaths, giving successful fighters a reason to keep taking risks while keeping the maximum bonus capped at six.
The current network continues that survival-and-combat mix through Lifesteal, Practice, and Duels, with the custom strength mechanic remaining the clearest feature of its main season.
