About SunRise
Build fast, hide your stuff and keep an eye out: on SunRise, other players are allowed to grief, and a well hidden base is worth more than a big one. The game servers carry names like HYDRA and CLASSIC-GRIEF, and the world wipes from time to time so everyone starts fresh together.
SunRise is a Java server and everything on it is in Russian. There are separate entrances for Russia, other CIS countries and Europe, so you can pick the one closest to you. News comes through the VK group, and the forum holds the rules, a guide and complaint sections for each server.
Fighting and griefing other players is the core of the HYDRA and CLASSIC-GRIEF servers.
You start from scratch after each wipe and build up a base.
You start from nothing after a wipe, gather resources and build a base, while other players try to find and grief it. Players often film these raids as griefer show videos.
Cheating and any kind of fraud are banned, including asking for a refund after a purchase arrives. Each game server has its own forum section for player and staff complaints, and bans are shown on a public ban list.
The site store sells in-game currency and donor items, paid in rubles. Paying means you accept the store terms, and trying to get money back after delivery counts as fraud.
The HYDRA and CLASSIC-GRIEF servers are built around griefing, so other players can break into and wreck your base.
Since nothing is safe from griefers, hiding your base well is the main way to keep your gear.
The world gets wiped from time to time, and each wipe starts a fresh race for the first bases and loot.
SunRise has separate entrances for players in Russia, other CIS countries and Europe.
Fights can break out anywhere, and many SunRise videos show PvP clashes between griefers.
