Two lives. Three weeks. One winner. StuutSMP is a Dutch hardcore survival server where every death after your first hour costs a life, and losing both puts you out until next season. The world starts small and grows: the Nether opens on day 8 and the End on day 18.
Your chests, furnaces and beds are locked to you, but only while your whole team is offline. Log in and they can be raided. On the last evening the border closes in, and the last survivor wins a crown in the lobby. Java and Bedrock players can join, and the site and chat are in Dutch.
What Makes It Different
Bases are only safe while you and your team are offline, so every hour you play is also an hour someone can raid you.
Two lives per season, and losing both puts you out until the next one.
PvP is on after grace, bases can be raided and the finale is last player standing.
Everyone shares one world, with teams of up to four.
Vanilla-style survival in a three-week world with a growing border.
You start with two lives and one hour of grace in which dying is free and PvP is off. After each lost life you get another hour of grace. Teams can have up to four players.
The border starts at 2,500 by 2,500 blocks, grows on day 8 and day 15, and shrinks to the middle for the finale on day 21. The world is wiped after every season.
Getting hit tags you for 20 seconds, and logging out leaves your body behind for 30 seconds. In season 1 the mace, spears, elytra and totems are banned, and end crystals and respawn anchors do no damage to players.
The finale is open to players with at least one life left and three hours played. Besides the winner, there are titles for top killer, longest survivor without losing a life and top base, chosen by player vote in the last week.
No hacks, x-ray or minimaps that show players or ores, no duping, and no logging out in a fight. One account per person. Trash talk is fine, bullying and hate are not, also in voice chat.
Locked chests, furnaces and beds can be raided whenever you or a teammate is online.
A hit tags you for 20 seconds, and logging out leaves a body with your items behind.
Every season lasts three weeks, the world is wiped after the finale and the next season starts a day later.
Teams of up to four share the protection on each other's chests, beds and furnaces.
The border grows from 2,500 to 5,000 blocks across the season, then shrinks to the centre for the finale.
Proximity voice works with the Simple Voice Chat mod and is recommended but not required.
