About Rice Network
Rice Network is a multi-mode server built around grind-heavy RPG play and PvP. Its OneBlock × Skyblock mode adds Slimefun, custom skills, shops, quests and bosses to the usual island format.
Lifesteal gives the network a more dangerous side. Players fight through a custom world, battle custom mobs and gain hearts by killing rivals. A separate 1.8.8 Duels mode keeps the combat fast and familiar for players who prefer classic PvP.
Java players can join normally, while Eaglercraft endpoints provide browser-based access to the network.
What Makes It Different
Rice Network connects three very different play styles: RPG island grinding, heart-based survival PvP and classic 1.8.8 duels. The custom bosses and skills make Skyblock feel closer to an RPG than a basic island server.
OneBlock is a Minecraft mode built around repeatedly mining one regenerating block to gather resources and advance through phases.
The Skyblock mode is specifically presented as an OneBlock × Skyblock experience.
Duels are self-contained Minecraft PvP matches where two players or small opposing teams fight under defined rules until one side wins.
The network includes a separate 1.8.8 Duels mode.
Lifesteal is a Minecraft PvP survival mode where player kills and deaths change a player’s maximum health.
Lifesteal is a primary network mode and a major part of its PvP identity.
Skyblock is a Minecraft mode where players develop a floating island while gathering and multiplying scarce resources above the void.
OneBlock × Skyblock is one of the network's main modes.
PvP is Minecraft gameplay centered on direct combat between players.
Lifesteal combat and dedicated Duels make PvP central to the server.

Choose between OneBlock × Skyblock, Lifesteal and Duels. Skyblock focuses on island growth, quests, custom shops and RPG systems. Lifesteal adds dangerous player combat, custom mobs and grinding warps. Duels offers short 1.8.8 PvP matches.
Skyblock progression uses Slimefun, custom skills, quests, bosses and island upgrades. Lifesteal progression is tied to combat, with kills helping players work toward the 30-heart goal. Duels progression is based on combat practice, tournaments and personal skill.
Custom mobs, custom items, custom bosses, Slimefun systems and custom skills are core parts of the network. Quests and RPG challenges add more structure to the Skyblock experience.
The network has an island-based OneBlock × Skyblock world and a separate custom Lifesteal world. Lifesteal includes warps built around grinding and combat preparation.
Lifesteal makes player kills central to survival and growth. Players can fight for hearts while dealing with custom mobs and other threats. The separate Duels mode uses classic 1.8.8 combat and supports tournaments.
The Skyblock mode includes custom shops, and player-to-player trading is part of the server's social play. Voting can also provide ranks and experience rewards.
The Duels mode includes regular tournaments, and the network promotes monthly giveaways alongside its normal gameplay updates.
Discord is the main community hub for updates, giveaways and new-mode announcements. Website support and staff applications are handled through the main Rice Network site.
The official store sells ranks, boosters, cosmetics and gameplay upgrades. Store purchases are presented as funding for server performance, updates and new content.
History of Rice Network
Rice Network was active by October 2025, presenting a multi-mode network that combined OneBlock/Skyblock, Lifesteal and PvP-focused gameplay. Eaglercraft access was part of its early reach, alongside normal Java connections.
During early 2026, the network developed a stronger RPG direction. The Skyblock side used Slimefun, custom shops, skills, bosses and quests, while Lifesteal added custom mobs, grinding warps and a 30-heart objective.
The network also added a dedicated 1.8.8 Duels experience. That gave players a separate place to practice old-school combat, enter tournaments and compete without the longer grind of the survival modes.
By August 2026, the OneBlock × Skyblock mode had reached Season 2, while Prisons was entering beta testing. Rice Network now combines island progression, custom Lifesteal survival PvP and classic duel arenas under one network.
