About Oceanias
Oceanias is a competitive Minecraft network centered on fast PvP. Practice offers duels, party battles, and free-for-all fights, with ready-made kits and custom combat setups for players who want to improve.
What Makes It Different
Oceanias combines serious combat practice with longer-running network modes. You can sharpen your aim and movement in a duel, then switch to team rivalries or seasonal survival.
Practice servers let players repeatedly train and test specific Minecraft skills in short, controlled challenges rather than build toward long-term world progression.
Practice duels, party fights, FFAs, and combat kits are core modes.
Lifesteal is a Minecraft PvP survival mode where player kills and deaths change a player’s maximum health.
Lifesteal is part of the current network lineup.
PvP is Minecraft gameplay centered on direct combat between players.
Competitive player-versus-player combat is the network's central focus.
Practice is the main place to train. Players can enter duels, party fights, and free-for-all arenas. Different kits let you focus on sword, crystal, and other combat styles.
Practice progression comes from improving your mechanics and taking part in tier-testing formats. Gangs add longer goals through cash, rival battles, and team play. Seasonal modes provide another reason to keep returning.
Custom kits, tier-testing kits, and mode-specific features give Oceanias more variety than a basic PvP server. The exact tools and kits depend on the mode you choose.
Oceanias is a multi-mode network rather than one single vanilla world. Its current lineup includes Practice and Minigames, Lifesteal, Gangs, and Survival, with each mode offering a different style of play.
PvP is the network's main focus. Practice includes duels and FFAs, while Gangs uses an open FFA-style battlefield. Survival and Lifesteal add longer-term combat outside short matches.
Gangs includes cash-based progression. The network also uses ranks and gems. Ranks and gems can come from events, server likes, or store purchases.
Events are part of the network's reward system and can provide ranks or gems. The community also supports competitive activities across its different modes.
Oceanias is an English-speaking Australian network with a Discord community for support, announcements, and staff applications. Its Sydney hosting is aimed at low latency for players in Australia and New Zealand.
Players must respect others and avoid hate speech, harassment, doxing, spam, advertising, cheating, unauthorized mods, exploits, alt abuse, and real-money trading. Staff instructions must be followed.
The store offers ranks, gems, and other server perks. Purchases are delivered to Minecraft accounts, and refunds are limited except where required by Australian consumer law.

History of Oceanias
Oceanias first appeared as Nightly in late 2021 and early 2022. From the beginning, it was associated with an Australian player base and a Sydney-hosted network.
Its early identity centered on Australian Practice and Survival. The network offered crystal PvP, duels, and free-for-all matches, giving players several ways to train and compete.
Over time, these modes remained the clearest foundation of the server’s gameplay identity. Practice focused on PvP combat, while Survival built its experience around crystal combat.
The network later operated under the Oceanias name and broadened its lineup. Its current modes include Practice and Minigames, Lifesteal, Gangs, and Survival.
Progression and participation extend beyond the individual game modes. Players can obtain ranks and gems through network events, as well as through store purchases and server likes.
Today, Oceanias is an Australian network hosted in Sydney. Players can connect through oceanias.net, with play.oceanias.net and mc.oceanias.net also associated with the network. Its present identity combines its original Practice and Survival roots with Lifesteal, Gangs, and Minigames.
