About MineLegacy
MineLegacy is a Russian Java network built around four headline modes: Survival, BedWars, Anarchy, and SkyBlock. Players can move from long-term building and trading to fast team fights or riskier open combat under one server address.
Survival uses protected regions, player trade, and a lasting base-building focus. Anarchy is much harsher. BedWars adds quick competitive matches, while SkyBlock moves progression onto floating islands. The main tradeoff is variety: each mode has its own rules and level of danger.
What Makes It Different
MineLegacy puts peaceful building, island progression, team combat, and very loose Anarchy gameplay in the same Java network. Switching between calm and chaotic play is its main appeal.
BedWars is a Minecraft PvP match where players defend a bed that prevents permanent elimination while they work to destroy their opponents’ beds.
BedWars is named directly in the current server identity and remains a major mode.
Minigames are compact Minecraft games with their own rules, objective, and bounded play area, usually resolved in a single round.
The network has a broad selection of short competitive and arcade-style modes.
Anarchy is a Minecraft server style where players operate under very few enforced rules, leaving survival and conflict largely in player hands.
Anarchy is prominently advertised and provides the network's least protected combat experience.
Survival servers let players gather resources, craft gear, build shelter, and develop a base while staying alive in a dangerous world.
Survival is one of the network's headline modes and its main long-term building experience.
Skyblock is a Minecraft mode where players develop a floating island while gathering and multiplying scarce resources above the void.
SkyBlock is one of the four headline modes and has been part of the brand for many years.
PvP is Minecraft gameplay centered on direct combat between players.
PvP is central to BedWars, Anarchy, Survival conflict, and the network's historical mode lineup.
Choose a mode from the network hub, then follow a very different play style. Survival focuses on gathering, building, trade, claims, and player communities. BedWars is built around protecting a bed while attacking other teams. SkyBlock starts players on islands with limited resources. Anarchy removes most of the normal safety expected from Survival servers.
Survival progression runs from basic tools and a first shelter to protected bases, farms, valuable trade goods, clans, and leaderboard competition. SkyBlock progression starts with a small island and grows through expansion, farming, trade, and upgrades. BedWars progression is match-based rather than persistent.
MineLegacy uses custom plugins and server-specific systems rather than plain vanilla Minecraft. Its wider feature set has included custom menus, trade tools, ranks, player statistics, HD skins, and cape support through its associated client setup guides.
Survival uses protected regions, but unclaimed land and unsecured builds remain risky. The rules warn that wipes, rollbacks, cleanup systems, and PvP deaths can remove items or progress. Long-term base building is possible, but protection must be used carefully.
PvP changes sharply by mode. BedWars and SkyWars use competitive match rules and prohibit cheats. Survival permits ordinary-player griefing or raiding in some unclaimed situations, while Anarchy and Grief are designed for much freer conflict. The published mode rules also allow simple cheats in several non-minigame modes, so competitive enforcement is not consistent across the network.
The network uses mode-specific currencies including Coins, Tokens, Rubies, and similar balances. Players can trade resources, items, teams, clan access, and other in-game value. The store sells paid balances, ranks, privileges, and other services.
Russian is the main community language. Players gather around Survival communities, clans, minigame matches, trade, and the project's VK support group. The network suits players who enjoy a busy hub with several different kinds of activity.
Rules differ by mode. Harassment, hate content, harmful files, account abuse, exploits, automated farming, and server attacks are prohibited. Survival has protected regions but allows ordinary-player griefing or raiding in certain unclaimed situations. BedWars and SkyWars prohibit cheats, while the published rules allow simple cheats in several other modes. Donor moderation powers have limits and require evidence for punishments.
The official store sells ranks, coins, privileges, and mode-specific services. Paid benefits are intended to survive wipes, but they depend on account activity and continued rule compliance. The project can remove paid benefits after serious violations, and long inactivity can affect account data or services.

History of MineLegacy
The MineLegacy name was already in use by January 2014, when MineLegacy Network presented itself as a survival network with custom plugins, SkyBlock, and raiding or faction-style play.
By September 2017, MLegacy.ru was operating under the MineLegacy name with a multiversion server identity. Survival, SkyBlock, and PvP-focused play were central, and the network used one short domain for access.
By 2020, the Russian-facing network had broadened into a large collection of modes. Its advertised lineup included Survival, BedWars, SkyBlock, SkyPvP, SkyWars, Hunger Games, Murder Mystery, Prison, and several arcade-style minigames. Clans, player rankings, custom plugins, and entertainment areas added more ways to spend time between fights.
That era also emphasized long-term survival. Rare wipes and a separate donor world with longer persistence were part of the server's identity, while players could use claims, shops, trade systems, and clan features to protect and grow their bases.
Through 2022, the network continued the same one-address multiverse model while extending compatibility across newer Minecraft releases. Survival, Anarchy, BedWars, SkyBlock, Prison, Farm, and SkyPvP remained recurring parts of its public mode lineup.
In 2025 and 2026, MineLegacy retained legacy 1.8 access while adding support for modern clients and maintaining a formal store, ruleset, and account-service system. The current network is most clearly defined by Survival, BedWars, Anarchy, and SkyBlock at mlegacy.ru.
