MineClick turns a Minecraft server into an incremental mining game. Each player develops an island by mining special blocks for gold, improving a pickaxe, hiring workers that keep earning while offline, and unlocking stronger islands and dimensions. The long-term loop is about reinvesting income, expanding multipliers, and deciding when an ascension is worth giving up current progress.
What Makes It Different
MineClick replaces ordinary survival progression with a focused idle-game loop inside Minecraft. The important decisions are how to spend gold on pickaxe income, workers, islands, and upgrades, then when to ascend and trade short-term progress for permanent rewards. Offline vaults let progression continue between visits without turning the server into a conventional survival world.
MineClick centers on repeatedly mining, generating income, automating production, and reinvesting earnings into increasingly efficient upgrades.
Players mine special blocks on their personal island with a pickaxe to earn gold. Workers provide automatic income, and island upgrades can improve worker efficiency, add mining power, or unlock other bonuses. The tutorial introduces the main systems before players gain access to features such as the lobby, island visits, and other social tools.
Gold pays for pickaxe upgrades, workers, new workers, island upgrades, and additional islands. Schmepls provide a longer-term currency for permanent multipliers, skills, powerups, and geode-related upgrades. Experience levels expand offline vault capacity and unlock further skills. Ascension resets much of the current island progression in exchange for experience, Schmepls, geodes, and access to stronger dimensions.
MineClick adds custom mining blocks, workers, island upgrades, experience levels, ascension, skills, powerups, geodes, achievements, quests, offline vaults, and permanent global multipliers. Its custom systems are designed to make each mining action feed into a larger upgrade and automation ladder.
The playable world is organized around personal mining islands rather than a shared survival map. The current wiki describes three dimensions, with five island levels in each dimension, plus a lobby containing leaderboards, quests, parkour, and other social features. Island parkour challenges provide additional gold rewards.
Gold is the main progression currency and comes from active mining or worker income. Schmepls are a rarer currency used for permanent progression, while offline vaults store accumulated gold between visits. The server also supports voting rewards and sells optional progression-related products through its store.
Community features include friends, visits to friends' islands, leaderboards, Discord discussion, suggestions, contests, and in-game reporting. The server's social layer supports the incremental gameplay without requiring players to share a conventional survival world.
The official store sells Premium Membership, server boosters, and geodes. Premium provides additional perks, boosters accelerate progression, and geodes contain exclusive in-game items. Purchases are virtual, transactions are final, and access requires a paid Minecraft account.

History of MineClick
MineClick's early major expansion added a lobby, leaderboards, dimensions, daily rewards, and offline vaults. Later in 2018, the server added free access to dimensions with ascension requirements, friends, island visits, player levels, reporting tools, and lobby cosmetics.
In 2021, MineClick moved to new server infrastructure, a rewritten codebase, a new database, and its own web store. That relaunch also introduced or expanded systems such as the skills tree, pickaxe powerups, geodes, golden bats, worker cookies, and a wandering trader.
