About Mineage
Mineage is a Java factions network focused on classic combat, faction bases and raiding. Players gather resources, build defenses, grow their faction economy and fight over valuable territory and events.
The network combines OG Factions with HCF and Competitive Factions realms. Its style stays close to older Minecraft faction servers, with simple gear, serious PvP and detailed rules for raids, cannons, claims and faction play.
What Makes It Different
Mineage feels like an older faction server brought back for modern players. The gear stays simple, while the real challenge comes from building a valuable base and defending it from skilled raiders.
Its HCF and Competitive Factions realms add strict team rules, DTR pressure and cannon strategy without replacing the classic faction focus.
Factions is a Minecraft multiplayer mode where players join organized groups, build shared bases, and compete with rival groups for territory, resources, and strategic advantage.
Faction bases, faction wealth, claims and rival faction warfare define the network.
Raiding is attacking another player’s base to breach its defenses, reach its valuables, and weaken or destroy its ability to operate.
Base raids, cannon warfare and raid timers are major systems.
Hardcore servers make death a severe, often permanent loss that can end a player’s run or remove them from active play.
The network has a dedicated HCF realm with DTR pressure and high-risk faction play.
PvP is Minecraft gameplay centered on direct combat between players.
Old-style player combat is central to the server's gameplay.
Minecraft economy gameplay makes in-game money a central way to obtain resources, upgrades, or access.
Grinding, spawners, faction wealth and F-Top progression drive long-term play.
Start by gathering resources and building a faction base. Spawners and other valuables help your faction climb the F-Top competition.
The main loop moves between grinding, improving defenses, watching enemy activity and preparing for raids. Factions also compete around warzone objectives and special event areas.
Progress comes from mining, farming, combat, spawners and faction wealth. The economy is designed around a slower semi-vanilla climb instead of instant access to powerful custom gear.
HCF adds DTR pressure and map-based faction survival. Competitive Factions adds payout goals, faction strikes and stricter building and raiding standards.
Custom content is kept restrained compared with heavily modified faction networks. Persistent tokens and server ranks add an extra economy around the main game, while combat and building remain close to classic Minecraft.
Mineage uses separate faction-focused realms rather than one peaceful survival world. Players build claims, faction bases, cannon boxes, buffers and farms around competitive map objectives.
The world includes warzone areas and contested locations such as KOTHs, Citadel and raiding outposts. Base placement and claim spacing matter because they affect both defense and future raids.
Mineage uses old 1.8-style PvP with a strong focus on timing, movement, potions and rods. Faction fights can happen around bases, warzone areas, KOTHs, outposts and raid setups.
Alliances and outside help are restricted in the faction realms, so choosing when to fight is as important as winning the fight itself.
The economy is built around earning in-game value through grinding, spawners, faction wealth and player competition. F-Top gives factions a long-term reason to keep improving their bases and income.
The store sells permanent ranks and token packages. Tokens can also be used for selected in-game purchases, while normal faction progress remains available through gameplay.
Regular competitive targets include KOTHs, Citadel, outposts and raiding outposts. Warzone activities also include supply, envoy and meteor-style drops that pull players into open PvP for rewards.
The official Discord is the main community hub for announcements, support, applications and faction-related communication. Mineage also supports creator and media activity around its faction realms.
Cheating, banned modifications, autoclicking, bug abuse, real-world trading, offensive conduct and punishment evasion are prohibited. Printer use is banned, and only listed client types are permitted.
Faction realms restrict alliances, faction hopping, insiding, value transfers and raid interference. HCF and Competitive Factions also use screenshares, DTR rules, faction strikes, cannon limits and detailed base restrictions.
Mineage is free to join, with optional purchases through its official store. The store offers permanent ranks, token packages and cosmetic or utility tags. Prices and available perks can change, and cryptocurrency payments are supported.

History of Mineage
The current Mineage network emerged publicly in October 2023 as an OG Factions revival. Its early identity centered on bringing back straightforward faction grinding, old-style PvP and base raiding rather than building a large collection of unrelated minigames.
The server was promoted around the classic faction loop: gather resources, create a valuable base, protect spawners and compete against rival factions. Semi-vanilla progression and simple raiding became central parts of its identity.
During 2024, Mineage gained additional visibility through creator-led OG Factions content. The server continued to attract players looking for older 1.8-style combat and a smaller, more focused faction environment.
By 2025, Mineage had become associated with both OG Factions and a developing competitive faction scene. Community discussion highlighted its restrained enchant system, manual base building and events such as KOTHs, outposts and supply drops.
The network later expanded its rules and infrastructure around separate Competitive Factions and HCF experiences. These realms added stricter faction enforcement, DTR-style HCF play, cannon limits, faction strikes, payout requirements and specialized raid objectives.
In 2026, Mineage presents itself as a multi-realm factions network with OG Factions, HCF and Competitive Factions. It remains aimed at players who prefer classic combat, organized faction warfare and a harder economy over modern oversized progression systems.
