Progress comes from gathering resources, earning money, improving gear, using jobs and mining areas, and building up a clan. SkyBlock adds a separate resource challenge, while mini-games focus more on winning rounds and improving play than on long-term survival building.

Custom weapons, lucky blocks, transformations, pets, magic-themed features, vampire features, cases, and special rank commands add systems beyond standard Minecraft.

The network uses a custom central spawn with separate areas or modes for survival, SkyBlock, griefer play, and mini-games. The experience is designed around moving between these destinations rather than staying in one ordinary world.

PvP is a major part of LuckyWorld, especially in griefer or anarchy-style survival and combat mini-games. BedWars, SkyWars, LuckyWars, Egg Wars, and other arena modes are built around direct player fights.

Players can earn money through jobs, mining, survival play, and regular time-based rewards. Server shops, player shops, and the /warp shop area support buying and selling resources and gear.

The main event-style activities are competitive matches such as BedWars, SkyWars, Build Battle, LuckyWars, Murder Mystery, TNT Run, Spleef, Quake, and MobArena.

LuckyWorld is primarily Russian-speaking and has a VK community connected with the server. Its social features include clans and in-game weddings, giving players ways to play together beyond combat.

The official store sells privileges, keys, cases, unbans, unmutes, name changes, and other paid products. Rank perks range from convenience commands such as /fly and /feed to powerful building tools and extensive command access.
