About InSane SMP
InSane SMP centers on close-to-vanilla survival with a player-run economy. Mine, farm, explore, build, form teams, and trade goods through shops and auctions.
Combat is part of the main world. Land claims are not part of the usual survival model, and raiding is allowed, so hiding, defense, and careful travel matter. A separate Practice PvP area gives players a safer place to duel and improve their fighting skills.
What Makes It Different
InSane SMP makes base security part of the game. Players can build wealth and form teams, but PvP and raiding mean progress still needs planning and defense. Combat-focused players also get a separate place to practice without risking their survival gear.

The server is presented as a public survival SMP built around teams and shared player activity.

The network supports both cracked and premium Minecraft accounts. Survival focuses on gathering resources, building, exploring, teaming up, trading, and defending progress. Practice PvP shifts the focus to direct combat with prepared kits and duels.
Progress comes mainly from mining, farming, exploration, building, trading, and collecting better gear. Player shops and auctions give valuable resources a second path: sell them to other players instead of using everything yourself. Paid ranks and coins are also available through the store.
Custom additions are concentrated in the network systems rather than heavy world changes. These include Practice PvP kits, duels, Crystal PvP training, player auctions, ranks, coins, and crate keys.
The main survival world is largely vanilla-style, with server economy and PvP systems layered on top. The world size and reset schedule are not established.
PvP is part of the survival experience, and raiding is allowed. With no normal land-claim protection, players must hide, defend, or relocate important bases. The Practice area offers 1v1 duels, preset combat kits, and Crystal PvP-focused training.
The economy is designed around player activity rather than a single unlimited shop. Players can sell goods through player shops and use the Auction House with /ah. Mining, farming, exploration, trading, and raiding can all feed the market.
The Discord community supports player chat, server help, news, and social interaction. Team play is encouraged, and English is the primary community language.
Cheats, movement and inventory advantages, radar, freecam, macros, scripts, autoclickers, bug abuse, duplication, IRL trading, staff impersonation, harassment, hate speech, doxxing, ban evasion, and using more than five accounts are prohibited.
Paid products include Survival ranks, coins, crate keys, permanent ranks, and Practice ranks. The survival model is described as no-pay-to-win, but the store still sells several gameplay-related products, so players should inspect each perk before buying. Purchases are generally final, with narrow exceptions for duplicate purchases or unresolved delivery problems.

History of InSane SMP
InSane SMP was released in August 2021 under InSane Studios. It began as a public survival server built around teams, trading, and player-versus-player action.
On March 6, 2022, the community Discord was created. It gave the project an organized place for player chat, support, news, and server activity.
As InSane developed, survival remained its central identity. Economy gameplay became increasingly important to daily play, with players gathering resources, farming, running shops, using auctions, and trading with one another.
The network later developed a dedicated Practice PvP direction. This created a separate space for combat training instead of tying every fight to survival progression.
Practice gameplay expanded around duels, preset combat kits, and Crystal PvP-style training. Survival and combat could therefore serve different play styles within the same network.
By 2026, InSane had grown into a Java-and-Bedrock network with Survival, Economy, and Practice paths. It also maintained staff and creator application systems alongside its player-facing modes.
Today, InSane SMP combines risky open-world survival with player-driven trading and organized combat practice. Its identity rests on the continuing connection between SMP progression, economy gameplay, and PvP.
