Survival progression is tied to earning money through permitted resources and improving a player’s position in the economy. Mines add a rank-up path that unlocks new areas and rewards. The server also uses in-game coin thresholds for several permanent ranks, ranging from PRO through MYTHIC, with higher ranks costing more coins and adding access or cosmetic perks.

The network uses custom rank progression, commands, kits, shops, pets, hats, banners, suits, particle effects, emotes, and cloaks. Higher subscription ranks add broader cosmetic access and commands such as flight, while the highest listed milestone rank grants additional Creative access within the Survival world.

FragPixel separates several distinct environments rather than presenting one uniform survival world. Survival supports base building and economic play, Anarchy removes claims and protection, Mines provide dedicated resource progression, and Creative uses large plots with unrestricted building materials.

PvP appears in dedicated combat activities, duels, leaderboards, minigames, and the Anarchy world. Anarchy is the highest-risk option because it has no claims or protection and permits raiding and fighting under a much lighter rule set than the rest of the network.

Players can gather and trade resources in Survival, but the economy has been adjusted to discourage large automated farms. Crops, food, iron, and gold are no longer sellable, while blocks, animal drops, and selected mob drops remain valid sources of income. Stone, cobblestone, logs, obsidian, bone blocks, and ghast tears have had their sell values adjusted, although dedicated ghast-tear farms are prohibited.

FragPixel promotes regular events, giveaways, and fast-paced minigame activities. Weekend events are advertised through the community channels, with Discord used for announcements and event news.

Players can use the official forums and Discord for announcements, discussion, help, player reports, ban appeals, WorldEdit requests, and staff applications. The forums also include a changelog and a feedback area for suggestions about rewards and server features.

Players must respect others, avoid hate speech, harassment, spam, cheating, hacked clients, macros, exploits, alternate-account abuse, and lag-producing setups. Griefing and stealing are restricted, world-specific rules apply, and changes to live maps or challenges may require staff approval. Punishments range from warnings and temporary mutes to temporary or permanent bans, with appeals handled through the community channels.

FragPixel lists monthly Premium and Premium+ ranks at 150 DA and 300 DA for 30 days. These ranks provide commands, kits, shops, flight, pets, hats, particle effects, and other cosmetic features. A Premium++ milestone is available after purchasing Premium+ four times. Separate permanent ranks can also be unlocked with in-game coins.
