Dragon Simulator is about one thing done over and over: fighting dragons. It began as a place to practice the dragon fights Skyblock players know and grew into its own game with gear, pets and skills to level.
Every fight feeds your profile. You fill a dragon bestiary, build up your gear and pets, and climb the ranking against other players. An auction house lets you sell drops to other players. The server is on Java Edition and its community lives on Discord.
Fighting dragons is the main thing you do.
Built around the dragon fights, gear and loot of Skyblock.
Your public profile shows your gear, pets, dragon bestiary, skills and overall progression, and the ranking page compares players.
Players buy and sell items on the auction house.
The store sells ranks, gems and boosters.
An auction house lets players sell their dragon drops and gear to each other.
Skills level up as you play and show on your profile along with your overall progression.
A ranking page on the official site compares players' progress.
A dragon bestiary on your profile records the dragons you have fought.
Dragons are the whole game here: you fight them again and again to collect their drops.
Pets are part of your build and show on your public profile next to your gear.

History of Dragon Simulator
Dragon Simulator started in summer 2020 as a fan-made server for practicing Skyblock dragon fights. The dragsim.co name was set up in July 2020.
By August 2020 the owner was pointing players to separate servers in the US, Europe and Australia, so fighters around the world could play with less lag. Since then it has grown into its own game with player profiles, a ranking and an auction house.
