About Dogcraft
Dogcraft revolves around building a shared survival world through seasonal resets, then filling it with bases, claims, transport links, shops, and community projects. The network is currently in the Survival 7 launch period, with its account-linked Dogcraft Dollar economy, creative plots, Discord, and wiki adding a strong community layer around ordinary Minecraft survival.
What Makes It Different
Dogcraft combines a creator-centered fan community with a survival network that treats public infrastructure as part of the game. Its seasons have supported player-run rail, road, and sea networks, community settlements, server events, and a shared economy where active play feeds Dogcraft Dollars into player trade.
Player Shops are player-run places or interfaces where players sell items to other players for currency or agreed trade goods.
Players can operate shops in rented mall plots and trade with Dogcraft Dollars or exchanged items.
An SMP is a multiplayer Minecraft survival world where players gather resources, build, and progress alongside one another.
The main experience is a multiplayer survival world with player bases, shared projects, community settlements, and ongoing social activity.
Land claims are protected areas that let a player or group control who can build, break, and interact with blocks inside a marked part of the world.
Players use a claims system to protect survival bases, farms, storage, and other builds from unwanted changes.
Survival servers let players gather resources, craft gear, build shelter, and develop a base while staying alive in a dangerous world.
Survival is the flagship mode, centered on gathering resources, exploring, building bases, improving gear, and participating in the current Survival 7 season.
Minecraft economy gameplay makes in-game money a central way to obtain resources, upgrades, or access.
Dogcraft Dollars, active-play distributions, player commerce, mall plots, services, and item trade make economy a substantial part of survival play.
The main experience is player-directed survival: gather resources, explore, build a base, protect it with land claims, and take part in shared projects. The network also includes a separate creative plot world for building and testing ideas, with server commands used to move between connected worlds and modes.
Progression comes from improving gear and bases, expanding claims, setting homes, earning Dogcraft Dollars, opening shops, and contributing to community infrastructure. Seasonal launches provide a fresh survival canvas while leaving players to choose whether they focus on building, commerce, transport, events, or exploration.
Custom server systems include account linking, land claims, homes, Dogcraft Dollars, player shops, mall plots, public homes, server navigation, and community-maintained records. The survival network also uses custom presentation and server-created items in its public economy and events.
Dogcraft uses a network of connected worlds rather than one isolated map. Survival seasons provide the main persistent building space, while creative plots and dedicated public areas support experimentation, commerce, events, and community infrastructure. The live map helps players find settlements, public builds, shops, and transport routes.
PvP is opt-in rather than a constant server-wide pressure. Players may fight when everyone involved consents, so Dogcraft suits cooperative survival and building more than forced combat or unrestricted raiding.
Dogcraft Dollars are earned through active play on survival worlds. An hourly pool is divided among players according to time played, with AFK time excluded and the pool affected by player activity and Patreon boosts. The currency supports player shops, mall plots, services, and other forms of trade, while item bartering is also used.
Events are organized by staff, the Dogcraft Creative Team, and players. Seasonal celebrations, build competitions, launch activities, community projects, and themed public areas have been part of the server's ongoing calendar.
Dogcraft is built around the Cyberdog community connected to ReNDoG. The website, Discord, wiki, in-game staff, public builds, transport groups, shops, and events all contribute to the social side of the server. Minecraft players must be 18 or older, complete the account setup process, and pass age verification before playing.
The server is family-friendly and uses English in public chat. Griefing, stealing, hacked clients, exploits, spam, account sharing, and lag-heavy behavior are prohibited. Players must protect their builds, respect staff and public areas, and obtain consent before starting PvP.
The public server is free to play. Patreon support provides server boosts, Patreon-linked ranks and rewards, and access to a separate Patreon server for eligible Emerald and Diamond supporters. The main public survival experience is not presented as requiring a paid membership.
Opt-in PvP lets players enable or agree to player combat instead of making hostile encounters universal.
Dogcraft allows PvP when everyone involved consents, making combat optional rather than a constant condition of survival.
A world structure divided into named seasons, with each season representing a distinct chapter of ongoing server survival progress.
Dogcraft repeatedly launches fresh Survival seasons; Survival 7 is the current launch period after earlier seasonal worlds.
Player-organized routes or transit systems that connect settlements and destinations across a shared Minecraft world.
Players have built rail, road, and sea networks linking settlements, public areas, shops, and other community destinations.
A reward system that grants currency or resources for active participation while excluding idle or unattended time.
Dogcraft Dollars come from an hourly pool distributed according to active play, with AFK time excluded and server activity affecting rewards.
An access-control process that confirms a player meets a server’s minimum age requirement before participation.
Dogcraft requires players to be at least 18 and complete GamerSafer age verification before joining the Minecraft server.
Player-created shared facilities and transportation that connect settlements, businesses, public spaces, and other locations in a persistent world.
Dogcraft treats player-built infrastructure and community projects as part of survival, alongside bases, shops, settlements, and public areas.
Account linking connects a Minecraft identity with an external server profile to enable synchronized features and player-specific services.
Players must register a Dogcraft.net account and link their Minecraft account before they can fully play on Dogcraft.
Dedicated plots in a shared marketplace where players establish shops, stalls, or other spaces for player-to-player commerce.
Players can rent mall plots on Dogcraft and operate shops using Dogcraft Dollars or item barter.
Creative plots provide designated spaces where players can build with creative-mode resources separately from ordinary survival progression.
Dogcraft provides a dedicated creative plot world for claiming parcels, constructing freely, and testing ideas apart from survival.
Multiple Minecraft worlds or servers are linked within one network, allowing players to access distinct environments under a shared community.
Dogcraft connects seasonal survival worlds, creative plots, and dedicated public areas, with server commands moving players between them.
A server currency associated with a player account so its identity is tied to account-based participation.
Dogcraft Dollars are account-linked and fund player shops, mall plots, services, and other survival-world trade.
Item bartering is a player-to-player exchange system where resources or goods are traded directly instead of bought through fixed currency prices.
Dogcraft supports item-for-item bartering alongside Dogcraft Dollar purchases, giving players a non-currency route for survival trade.
An online map that displays the current Minecraft world and helps players inspect locations, settlements, and geographic relationships.
Dogcraft’s live map helps players find settlements, public builds, shops, and transport routes across its connected worlds.

History of Dogcraft
Dogcraft began as ReNDoG's fan forum on July 12, 2012. The official Minecraft server entered testing on September 28, 2015 and opened publicly on November 14, 2015, turning the fan community into an in-game home.
Over time, the center of activity shifted from the original forums toward Minecraft and Discord. A player-built wiki established in 2018 was integrated into the main site in 2020, while the server moved through multiple Survival seasons, world resets, creative iterations, and community-built infrastructure projects.
Survival 6 launched on December 16, 2023 with an 18+ rule and age verification for Minecraft players. In October 2026, Dogcraft reached Survival 7 and continued its seasonal survival model.
